What is Community Nursing Care?
Community Nursing Care is clinical care provided at home or in community settings for individuals who have complex or ongoing medical needs. These services are essential for maintaining health, managing conditions, and preventing hospital visits.
If you have nursing-related support in your NDIS plan under Core Supports or Capacity Building, we can work with you to deliver the care you need, when you need it.

How to Access Community Nursing
If your NDIS plan includes nursing care or clinical support, you may be eligible to access Community Nursing through your Core or Capacity Building funding.
